Spirited PetBottle
Beams Festival 2014
The PetBottle project started in 2012 at Beams Festival for the Chippendale community. The Petbottle journey began to have fun with people in Chippendale. In 2013, I had a Missing PetBottle project since a lot of 2012 Petbottles were missing. There were bigger and quirkier Pets inside the PetBottles to send and search for missing PetBottles from the year before. Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to find any PetBottles from 2012, but the 2013 PetBottles had a lot of fun finding them. The result of that, the 2014 Beams Festival was “Spirited PetBottle Project” which the PetBottles are happily spirited to take their journey away to Utopia. The PetBottles are illuminated and memorialise the journey they took. Hopefully they want to stay in our memories which I could call Utopia.
